We are Strategic Technology Solutions DBA Plum eLearning ("Plum eLearning") of 523 Encinitas Blvd. Ste 201, Encinitas CA, 92024, USA. All references to "we", "us", or "our" shall be construed to mean Plum eLearning.

Plum eLearning has created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our commitment to customer privacy. Privacy on the Plum eLearning website (the "Service") is of great importance to us. In particular, we want you to know that Plum eLearning is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We just don’t do that sort of thing. But just in case you don’t believe us, in this Privacy Policy, we’ve provided lots of detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.

We may cookies for remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited our Service, as described in the Behavioral Remarketing section below.

Plum eLearning uses the collected data to:

  • To send you requested information such as articles and white papers

  • We need to perform a contract with you

Retention of Data

Plum eLearning will not retain your Personal Data for longer than required. This means that we will keep your Personal Data for any or a combination of time periods described as follows: (i) for as long as required by law, (ii) until we no longer have a valid reason for keeping it, (iii) until you request us to stop using it, or (iv) for so long as our customer for which you are an authorized user remains a customer. In addition, we retain your Personal Data to preserve history in our community or discussion forums and to provide the ongoing ability to participate. When we delete your Personal Data from our databases, it will remain in our backup system until it cycles out.

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

"Do Not Track" Signals

Some web browsers incorporate a "Do Not Track" feature that signals to websites that you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. Each browser communicates "Do Not Track" signals to websites differently, making it unworkable to honor each and every request correctly. In order to alleviate any communication error between browsers and the website, we do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals at this time. As the technology and communication between browser and websites improve, we will reevaluate the ability to honor "Do Not Track" signals and may make changes to our policy.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Behavioral Remarketing

Google AdWords remarketing service is provided by Google Inc.

You can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize the Google Display Network ads by visiting Google Ads Settings.

Google also recommends installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-onfor your web browser. Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on provides visitors with the ability to prevent their data from being collected and used by Google Analytics.
